Q: How do I know what lenses will be right for me, how long they last, how I take care of them and what the risks with contact lens wear are?
A: All these questions should be answered by your optometrist at the time of lens fitting and when your prescription is finalised. If you have not had a professional contact lens fitting done, please consult your optometrists before purchasing.
Q: What is the delivery time of the lenses?
A: Usually we endeavour to send what we have in stock the same day we recieve payment, so you should receive them within 3 days. In cases where we have to order the lenses in this may take 7-10 days to get to you. Any other very unusual circumstances and we will contact you to let you know of any delays.
Q: Why purchase from you guys rather then other sites?

Q: What do I do if I can’t find the lenses which I wear on your site?
A: Simply send an email through the “contact us” section and we will get back to you about what we can do for you. We usually provide other products at wholesale plus 10% so you will probably end up getting what you need at a great price.
